Our Team


Sahlee Salzer, DPT, CGI - Sahlee has over 25 years of clinical experience working in a variety of facilities throughout Florida and South Carolina.  She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1990 and was ranked in the top ten in her licensure exam.  She completed her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Boston University.  She is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Medical Expert.  She is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Access Physical Therapy has been serving Sumter and surrounding areas since 2003.  With over 3,000 square feet of easily accessible space, we pride ourselves on quality care by our therapists with over 25 years of clinical experience.  Our mission is to provide the best quality healthcare in a comfortable setting, utilizing the latest therapeutic techniques in order to achieve the highest outcome in the shortest amount of time.  Our facility is the only location in the Sumter area that is home to the anti-gravity treadmill, the Alter-G, created with NASA technology.  Learn more about the Alter-G by clicking here


We are conveniently located near major travel roads such as US 441,  US 521, US 378, US 601, I-20 and I-95 for convenience of travel to Sumter from surrounding areas such as Camden, Columbia, and  Manning, South Carolina.
