What to Wear
On your first visit and all visits after, please wear something comfortable that decently exposes the body part for which you are being treated. For lower extremity body parts please make sure clothing is loose and flexible as to not impede your motions.
Your first visit will last approximately an hour and a half. This does not include time to fill out necessary paperwork or changing clothes if necessary.
On your first visit, you will need to bring your physician referral or prescription if we have not already received it. You may contact your referring provider to have them fax the prescription/referral to (803) 774-2782 ahead of time. Please bring your insurance card, your pre-filled New Patient Forms (click the button below), your ID or driver’s license and your co-payment (as applicable). As stated before, you may bring a change of clothes or wear comfortable clothing.
