Tai Chi

Tai Chi is for EVERYONE!  Our Tai Chi class is instructed by licensed instructor, Alaina Ortman.  We offer Tai Chi classes every Thursday 2:00 PM-2:30 PM.  Sign up is available every Tuesday.  Tai Chi is great for weight loss and other things such as:
